How does Spedim work?
Simply download the app, sign up, and choose the service you need. You can request a ride or place a food order in just a few taps.
Is Spedim available in my area?
We are expanding rapidly! Open the app and enable location services to check availability near you.

ACCOUNT & PAYMENTS

How do I create an account?
Download the Spedim app and follow the sign-up process using your phone number or email.
Is it free to create an account?
Yes! Creating an account on Spedim is 100% free.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, mobile money, and cash (where available). Payment options are shown at checkout.
How can I change my payment method?
Go to your profile, tap on “Payment Options,” and add or remove payment methods as needed.

RIDE-HAILING

How do I book a ride?
Open the app, select the “Ride” option, set your pickup and drop-off locations, choose your vehicle type, and confirm the ride.
Can I schedule a ride in advance?
Yes! You can schedule a ride for later through the "Schedule" option when booking.
How are ride fares calculated?
Fares depend on distance, time, vehicle type, and demand. You'll see the estimated fare before confirming your ride.
What if my driver is late or I want to cancel?
You can cancel a ride in the app. A cancellation fee may apply if the driver is already on the way.

FOOD DELIVERY

How do I order food on Spedim?
Tap on the “Food” section, browse partner restaurants, add items to your cart, and place your order. A courier will deliver it to your address.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is confirmed, you can track it in real-time in the app.
What happens if something is missing or wrong with my order?
Contact support via the app within 24 hours. We'll work with the restaurant and courier to resolve the issue.
Can I cancel a food order?
Orders cannot be canceled after the restaurant has confirmed it. Please double-check before placing your order.

SAFETY & SUPPORT

Are Spedim drivers and couriers verified?
Yes. All drivers and couriers go through an onboarding process, including ID verification and background checks where applicable.
Is my data secure on Spedim?
Absolutely. We use secure encryption and never share your personal data without your consent.

How can I become a Spedim driver or courier?
Visit our website or app and go to the “Join as a Driver/Courier” section. Fill in your details and submit the required documents.

Does Spedim work on both Android and iOS?

DELIVERY & RESTAURANT ISSUES

My order was delivered late. What can I do?
We apologize for any delays. Please rate the courier honestly and report the delay in the app so we can investigate.
I received the wrong food item. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if items are missing or incorrect, report the issue via the app within 24 hours. We will assess and process a refund or credit when eligible.
Can I reorder the same meal again easily?
Yes. Use the “Order History” section and tap “Reorder” for convenience.

SECURITY & VERIFICATION

How do you ensure the identity of your service providers?
All service providers undergo:

What language does the Spedim app use?
Spedim automatically detects and uses the language set on your phone. There’s no need to adjust it manually — the app adapts to your device's language preferences for a seamless experience.
Can I change the language in the app?
To change the language, simply update your device’s system language in your phone settings. The Spedim app will adjust automatically based on your selection.
